For Women Under 30, Most Births Occur Outside Marriage – How will this effect Family Law litigation?

In the coming years, it will be interesting to see how these statistical changes play out in the legal system.  It is very likely that an increase in single mothers will result in more custody, visitation and child support litigation further burdening the already overstressed Family Courts.
