A Wisconsin judge recently sentenced Corey Curtis for his failure to pay over $100,000 of child support to the six mothers of his children and, as part of the sentence, the judge declared that Curtis may not father any additional children until he is financially able to support his children.

The judge stated that the condition is constitutional under Wisconsin law but it would be interesting to see whether this decision would be upheld if it was challenged under federal law.
